Procedure
Three drops of the patient's blood have been placed on the spot plate. Use the droppers to add Anti-A, Anti-B, and Anti-Rh (Anti-D) reagents to the respective wells. Observe if agglutination (clumping) occurs. Clumping indicates the presence of that specific antigen on the red blood cells.
